Telemarketing in a nutshell
Like all major corporations involved in telemarketing, we use a computerized dialling system.
It may happen that, when transferring the call to a person, none is available. The system then drops the call. On other occasions, the system may analyze a person’s voice as being that of a recording and hang up. Rest assured that we are constantly refining this computerized tool to avoid such situations.
