2023–2024 Not my ride! contest winners
Students who participated in our awareness-raising workshops in secondary schools were invited to take part in an educational quiz for a chance to win a next-generation iPad. Congratulations to the winner of the 2023–2024 edition:

Planning a successful party
The best parties are the ones where everyone gets back home safely. The CAA-Quebec Foundation has developed tools for party organizers and groups such as college and university student associations.
By preventing their friends from driving while impaired, young (and not-so-young) people are helping to make the roads safer for everyone.

Tips for partying responsibly
Limit alcohol and cannabis consumption
If you’re the one hosting the party, stay in control of your senses. It’s all about staying in charge of the evening.
Encourage moderate consumption
Avoid drinking games.
Use a jigger or shot glass to measure alcohol.
Serve snacks that are high in fat and protein and low in salt.
Serve alcohol-free beverages (there are so many good mocktails to try!)
Provide treats for designated drivers.
Escort drunk drivers
There are lots of things you can do. Planning ahead is always the best option, but it’s never too late to do the right thing.
Safe ride options for drivers:
Operation Red Nose (December only)
Public transit Charter bus with driver
Designated driver
Make the right decisions
Repercussions of bad decisions can be lethal. Check out these tips and files to learn more.
