When you purchase online, you will receive the membership card. When you purchase by phone, you’ll also have the option of having the card sent directly to the new member. And if you visit a Travel Centre, you can get the card right then and there.

There’s no shortage of possibilities! Your CAA Dollars can be used to pay for your next year of CAA-Quebec membership. You can also redeem them for rewards. 

*To add a member to your file, you must call us or visit a Travel Centre. This feature is not currently available on our website. 

Important clarifications on membership: A CAA-Quebec membership is personal and one person cannot have two active membership files at the same time. Services become available upon receipt of payment by CAA-Quebec, in accordance with the terms of membership. However, during the first 48 hours of membership, Roadside Assistance is provided in Quebec only, and an additional administrative fee of $60 (plus taxes) will apply. No Roadside Assistance will be provided outside Quebec during the first two days of membership. 

In the case of the CAA Plus, CAA Premier, CAA Plus RV, and CAA Premier RV options (which can be added to a CAA Classic membership), if towing occurs within the first 7 days of enrolment or upgrade, the distance covered at no extra charge is limited to 30 kilometres per option added. This measure may be combined with an administrative fee of $60 (plus taxes) in some instances.

When a Roadside Assistance service is requested upon enrolment, full payment must be made.

Membership cards are offered at the regular price for primary members. CAA Classic cards are available at a reduced price when adding a member to your account. You can also add options at the regular price. An additional member (member added to a primary member’s account) is an individual age 14 or older residing at the same address as the primary member, or a primary member’s child residing at a different address who is age 24 or younger and a full-time student. 

Referrals must be submitted by a member in good standing, and only that member can make a request for CAA Dollars. The gifted membership must be a CAA Classic membership or higher option. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Other conditions apply.
