Just like many other organizations, CAA-Quebec is facing uncertainty, labour shortages and rising operating costs. Since our business decisions are solidly anchored in our willingness to best serve our members, we continue to promote prudence first and foremost. At the same time, we believe that each constraint brings with it an opportunity to act, based on our determination to provide good choices for consumers.
Opportunities in turbulent times
In definitive terms, this means offering our employees new working methods to help them better balance their personal and professional lives. It means initiating a debate about commuting issues as we face record gas prices. We also must reinvent various ways of visiting the world and to better assist and sup-port travellers.
This effort entails feeling confident that our offers and advantages are well adapted to today’s priorities while anticipating future needs and concerns. It means being there when and where it counts, even when the turbulence is rough. The one sure thing is that we will always act in the best interests of our members. We’ll work hard every day to earn your trust and we’ll remain proactive while we strengthen our network with valuable partners, as seriously affected as we are by eco-nomic turmoil.
