CAA, Canada’s most trusted brand for the third year in a row!
According to the latest edition of the Gustavson Brand Trust Index, the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) is the most trusted brand in Canada for the third time. And for the fifth year in a row, CAA is also ranked top in the insurance category.
CAA is the only organization that made the top 10 for all age groups: people age 35 and under, 35- to 55-year-olds, and people over 55. Overall, CAA is one of the two most reputable brands for the sixth year running.

Conducted by the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, the eighth annual Gustavson Brand Trust Index asked more than 9,000 consumers to score 412 prominent national and global companies and brands, across 33 industry sectors, on a range of brand value measures.
