Find your membership number

Your membership number can be found on:

  • Your membership card 
  • Your virtual card, in the “My Account” section of the CAA Mobile app 

  • Your renewal notice

To log in, you only need to enter the last 10 digits. That is, all numbers after 620 285. 

Important clarification if you had a Member Account on our previous website 

Is this the first time you’re trying to log in since the launch of our new site on September 4, 2024? Your member number and old password will not work, which is perfectly normal. This is because we’ve changed our login and authentication system.
