Sections 58 and 59 of the Consumer Protection Act stipulate that you may cancel a contract with an itinerant merchant for any reason within 10 days after you receive your copy of the signed contract. If you do not receive the goods or services within 30 days of the date stated in the contract, you may cancel the contract within one year.
