Medical Travel Insurance
Whether you’re going to Paris for a week or down to Florida for 3 months, this insurance covers you in the event of an accident or medical problem while you’re travelling. However long you’re away, and wherever you’re going. Available for a single trip or for all your trips within a single year.
Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance
This insurance protects your investment against a range of risks that may require you to cancel, modify or interrupt your stay. It is available for amounts up to $40,000. A few examples of events that could be covered: a natural disaster, a fire in your home, a change in the date of your final exam, a traffic jam on the highway that causes you to miss your flight, etc.
Single Trip within Canada
Travelling within Canada? You can enjoy the same level of coverage as you would abroad, but at a reduced cost! The Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec offers limited coverage in the rest of Canada. For this reason, it’s important to take out travel insurance in case of a medical emergency. Rented Vehicle Travel Insurance
You plan to rent a car during your trip? This insurance covers you anywhere in the world in the event of damage to the vehicle. There is no deductible to pay. This insurance can only be purchased over the phone.
Visitors to Canada Travel Insurance
This insurance covers the medical expenses of people from other countries during their stay in Canada. It ensures that they won’t be left with a hefty bill in the event of illness or injury on Canadian territory. It is available for visits to Canada lasting up to 365 days. It also covers a secondary trip outside the country.
