Have you lost, forgotten or broken your key and can’t enter your home anymore? We’ll reimburse you for the services of a locksmith. It’s included in your membership!
Request a reimbursement
Return the completed form and all supporting documents. You can also do this by mail. See below for procedure.
Get one reimbursement per year
You are entitled to one reimbursement per membership year (address registered on your file) for the emergency unlocking of your home.
The maximum amount is determined by your membership type. Therefore, you may receive a partial refund if your bill exceeds the maximum amount to which you are entitled.
- CAA Classic and CAA Go: reimbursement of up to $50
- CAA Plus and CAA Plus RV: reimbursement of up $100
- CAA Premier and CAA Premier RV: reimbursement of up to $150
Procedure for requesting a reimbursement
The invoice shall include the member’s name and the address where the service was rendered. It must be returned within 30 days following the service.
