As a CAA-Quebec member, you have free access to recourse in the event of a misunderstanding with a merchant, including, of course, any garage, workshop or dealership within CAA-Quebec’s approved network.
To make a request, please fill in a form (except for CAA-Quebec Approved Auto Repair Services) and send it along with the relevant documents to automobile@caaquebec.com, or fax it to 418-624-2457.

Eligibility requirements for the mobility conciliation service
To use this service, you must:
- be a CAA-Quebec member in good standing at the time the dispute arises and at the time you submit your request for conciliation to CAA-Quebec.
- not involve any other entity in the matter; for example, if you mandate a lawyer to negotiate an agreement with an establishment, the file will not be eligible.
- be the owner or lessee of the vehicle in dispute, both at the time the dispute arises and at the time you submit your request for conciliation to CAA-Quebec, and must remain so for as long as the dispute is being processed.
- not be a merchant, and make use of the vehicle for personal or family purposes.
