Battery Service roadside battery testing and replacement service is not available everywhere or for all vehicles, and is for members only. You must first contact Member Services by calling 1-800-222-4357 to check if your vehicle is eligible and if the service is available in your area. If this is not the case, or if you are not a member, we encourage you to work with an Approved CAA Battery Service Location.

You can go to a service location in a number of circumstances and for a variety of reasons:
- To buy a high-performance CAA Battery, whether or not you are a member.
- To have your current CAA Battery checked under warranty.
- To get help when the Battery Service mobile service, available exclusively to members, is temporarily suspended. For example, due to inclement weather or demand exceeding capacity.
- To entrust a vehicle that is not eligible for a Battery Service roadside battery check and installation service.
